Hotel Salgart - Merano

The hotel is situated in a lovely area of the city, with well-kept traditional houses and fruit orchards nearby. the location is also within walking distance to the city center, making it convenient to explore the local sights. Rooms are spacious with large balconies offering great views of the surrounding mountains. Staff are friendly and helpful. Parking is available on site.

The shower design in the bathroom floor is not ideal and can lead to a wet and slippery floor.

We visited this hotel during new year's and the breakfast spread was good. There was a variety of warm and cold dishes. The view from the balcony was nice, overlooking the mountain and the city. It was well-located and just a short walk away to the main attractions.

The hotel lacked any New Year's Eve celebration. We expected more festive feel but were disappointed at the lack of any special activities.

We loved staying at this hotel. The rooms were newly renovated, modern, and spacious. The balcony provided a great view of the surrounding areas such as the orchards and mountains. The staff was very friendly and gave us great tips on what to see in this city. The location of the hotel is perfect as it is quiet and within walking distance to the city center.

The pool and garden were well-maintained and provided a relaxing atmosphere. the comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep. the hotel's location, nestled among the orchards and with stunning views of the mountains, was truly spectacular.

The room was modern and comfortable with a great mountain view. Friendly and helpful personnel. Family-run business. Convenient on-site parking. Recently renovated with a blend of modern and traditional design. Excellent automatic lighting in common areas. Comfy bed. Spacious balcony with fine views. Nice outdoor pool.
